I am closing on my first home and there is some wonky wiring and old switches. I contacted 5 electrical companies to ask them to walk the job and give me an estimate. All of them said they would only look at the investigators report which isn’t enough. Mario Urbalejo from karmic is the only one that said YES. He had a great attitude, professional advise, walked the home with me and explained everything.
